The History of Avenue Realty Inc.

Avenue Realty Inc. was founded in 1987 by Emily B. Fusco, President and Broker of Record of Avenue Realty Inc.  During Emily’s two year apprenticeship period with a leading Real Estate Brokerage she received several prestigious awards including:  Top Ten Club (in Canada), The Chairman’s Club and President’s Gold Club.  Following this apprenticeship period, Emily proceeded to obtain her Broker’s License and immediately upon receipt, launched Avenue Realty Inc. to better service her niche clientele.  Emily’s outstanding achievements during her first two years of real estate are proven indicators of her dedication and commitment to the real estate sector, her superior level of professionalism and her business acumen.   Emily’s credibility and service excellence have further been demonstrated through the successful leadership and growth of Avenue Realty Inc. over the last twenty years.  Going forward, Emily’s vision continues to be centred on growth with a focus on continuing to be your “Family Real Estate Brokerage”.
