Property Insurance

Title insurance is a one-time-purchase policy that protects you - and your lender - against issues related to the property’s ownership or title, such as fraud, liens, or errors in public records. While not legally required in Ontario, most lenders make it mandatory. It offers valuable protection, but it's important to note that title insurance does not replace legal advice.
